Qualifications

• Minimum one-year supervisory experience in guest contact areas of hospitality.
• Experience in Food & Beverage or hotel operations is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Delphi FDC or LMS systems.
• Strong math and analytical skills for space utilization and financial calculations.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently for communications with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships from account turnover through event execution.
• Drive high customer satisfaction by maintaining positive guest and employee relations.
• Upsell contracted food & beverage minimums and promote vendors to drive revenue.
• Coordinate with banquet and hotel operations to ensure event success as requested.
• Prepare and distribute BEOs, group resumes, diagrams and other event documents.
• Maintain accurate files in Delphi and ensure proper records for forecasting.
