What will I be doing?

• Providing full support to all Catering and Events Managers in administrative tasks, including BEO, diagram, and resume creation and updates, internal distribution, and upkeep of BEOs, resumes, change logs, reader board postings
• Participating in pre- and post-conference meetings, including note-taking and document creation
• Managing VIP needs, including amenity coordination
• Collaborating internally and externally using office communication skills and internal systems such as FDC, HotSOS, OnQ PM, Smart Spend, Microsoft Office, and telephone communication
• Managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and organization
• Maintaining knowledge of meeting space logistics, features, restrictions, and curfews, as well as banquet menus, dietary restrictions, and ADA regulations
• Assisting with property tours, pre-planning visits, and site inspections to promote client satisfaction
• Supporting team efforts on file management, office supplies, and task completion
• Generating contracts to support Catering Managers
• Engaging in direct client contact as required
• Managing functions from initial inquiry to final invoicing

Pay Rate

The hourly rate range is $24.00 to $25.50, based on experience and location.

• Minimum of 1 year guest contact or customer experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred qualifications include knowledge of hotel property management systems like Delphi.fdc and hospitality experience.
