Ponte Vedra Inn & Club in NE Florida is seeking team members who are passionate about guest service and delivering 5 Diamond Certified Service. This role involves assisting with conferences, catering needs, and day-to-day coordination in a fast-paced, collaborative atmosphere.

Candidates should be able to work flexible day/night shifts, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs. Excellent people skills and a proactive attitude are essential. Training and benefits are provided.

Mansioni

• Answer telephone using proper etiquette and screen all calls.
• Take accurate, detailed messages and relay phone calls.
• Ensure that all information regarding each group is sent to the correct department on schedule in order to facilitate the proper handling of each group.
• Complete assigned projects promptly and accurately.
• Be knowledgeable in the procedures of finalizing programs and food functions.
• Offer assistance to people calling the office and assist walk-ins.
• Type such correspondence as; inquiry confirmations, introduction letters, banquet event orders, service agreements, and all other letters as directed by Conference/Catering Coordinators.
• All typed work will be proofread prior to being given to the Conference/Catering Coordinators.
• Perform and follow up on any other duties as assigned, by Coordinators or Catering Director.
