• Execute catering orders by preparing, assembling, and delivering, ensuring accuracy.
• Track and grow catering business with detailed records and follow-up of guests and invoices.
• Maintain catering systems: inventory tracking and vehicle documentation/compliance.
• Support events including Clemson home game tailgates.
