You will develop data-driven recommendations, drive go-to-market readiness, and improve processes, reporting, and tools to enhance assortment decision-making across channels. This role requires strong analytical skills and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in merchandising, marketing, business administration or related field.
• 5–7 years in merchandising, buying, or related commercial function; textiles/home goods preferred.
• Strong knowledge of retail merchandising fundamentals and category management.
• Analytical skills to identify trends and translate insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Leads defined category/categories across accounts and brands as merchandising SME.
• Builds consumer-first, data-driven assortment strategies across customers and channels.
• Enhances standardized merchandising processes, tools, and workflows for efficiency.
• Balances interests of customers, brands, accounts and internal stakeholders in recommendations and decisions.
• Supports go-to-market strategy with compelling materials for line reviews and product launches.
