• Minimum 3–5 years in training, category management, or related field.
• Experience designing and delivering live and e-learning training.
• Ability to analyze data and translate into actionable recommendations.
• Strong presentation and communication skills across diverse audiences.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and meeting objectives.
• Familiarity with BI tools and data sources used in retail/CPG
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver live virtual courses, e-learning modules, videos, and training materials on BI topics.
• Identify training needs with subject matter experts and build curricula to meet objectives.
• Analyze complex data and provide proactive guidance addressing product, pricing, promotion, and placement.
• Understand category review processes and engage cross-functional teams for complete solutions.
• Create compelling sales presentations using syndicated data to address business issues.
• Deliver KPI-driven reports and track progress to validate performance.
• Prepare materials that summarize analyses and document case studies.
