Job summary

Acosta is seeking a training lead in Issaquah, WA to develop, design, and deliver BI training for associates and clients. This is a hybrid role with three days in the office and travel as needed.

You will work with cross-functional teams to create live courses, e-learning modules, and videos on BI topics, using tools like Articulate Storyline and Excel to drive insights and profitability. Responsibilities include identifying training needs, building curricula, and delivering KPI-driven results

Qualifications

• Develop, design, and deliver engaging BI training courses and modules.
• Manage multiple projects with attention to detail and timelines.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify training needs and create materials.
• Train associates to strengthen client management skills and strategic advising.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver live virtual courses, e-learning modules, videos, and training materials on BI topics.
• Work with SMEs to identify training needs and build curricula.
• Analyze data and provide guidance addressing product, pricing, promotion, and placement.
• Deliver KPI-driven reports and create case studies highlighting results.
• Train associates on follow-up and summarize analysis outcomes.
