Hybrid role with offices in Irving, Chicago, and Centennial.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in category management, strategic sourcing, supply chain, consulting, or healthcare operations.
• Experience leading complex sourcing and category initiatives, with preference for consulting or revenue-cycle contracts.
• Proven ability to influence executive, clinical, operational and supplier stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical skills to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Hybrid work model with three days in the office; offices in Irving, TX; Chicago, IL; Centennial, CO.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead category strategies that align with client priorities and objectives.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives including RFI/RFP development, negotiations, and implementation.
• Negotiate complex terms with suppliers and build consensus among stakeholders.
• Mentor team members and provide subject matter expertise across category management.
• Present category strategies and outcomes to executive audiences.
• Apply AI fluency to enhance strategy development, market intelligence, and decision-making.
