Job summary

Campbell's is seeking a Walmart Category Management Advisor to support key strategic initiatives and store-specific planograms at Walmart. You will help deliver category, shopper, and channel insights to drive growth and work on tools and capabilities development.

The role requires 4+ years in category management or data analytics in CPG, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with ProSpace, Excel, and Access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 4+ years’ experience in Category Management or data analytics role in the CPG industry.
• IRI or Nielsen syndicated data experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to details.
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically.
• Problem Solving & Analytical Ability.
• Strong technical skills (ProSpace, Excel, Access, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Support modular relay process with the Walmart Advisor Team Lead.
• Provide strategic and tactical recommendations to Walmart buyers on distribution, shelving, merchandising, and pricing.
• Develop strong working relationships with Walmart buyers and cross-functional partners.
• Assist in designing compelling category, shopper, and consumer insights.
• With the Walmart Advisor Team Lead, support an integrated category strategy for Walmart Buyers.
• Interacts with cross-functional teams to provide strategic actionable insights from market data.
• Support communication to implement research insights at the customer level.
• Input into customer planning cycle based on category and shopper trends.
• Collaborate with Buyers, Replenishment, Space Planning, HQ category management.
• Serve on a trusted category advisor team to the customer.
