Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years related work experience in category management/retail strategy.
• Ability to identify category opportunities and develop sales stories.
• Proficient in Scintilla; strong Excel/PowerPoint.
• Experience with planogram processes and retailer negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Own category strategy development with Walmart/Sam's Club.
• Provide retailer insights to drive category growth and 4P objectives.
• Support sales teams with concise, impactful insights for retailers.
• Collaborate with CD, CMI, Enable Hub, SRM teams to create solutions.
• Develop customer category plans for multiple categories and CAMs.
