Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Category Manager to join the Walmart Advisor Team in Bentonville. You will influence category growth using shopper insights, data analytics, and strategic direction, partnering with Walmart and Hershey teams to deliver best-in-class merchandising solutions.

You will lead data-driven initiatives, manage multiple priorities, and drive collaboration across functions to optimize growth and shopper experiences at scale.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years of category management/CPG experience.
Experience with Circana, Nielsen, Numerator or Luminate data.

Responsibilities

Identify marketplace trends and translate into category strategies.
Develop and execute merchandising and modular strategies for growth.
Partner with Walmart and Hershey teams to bring strategies to life.
Analyze retailer and shopper data to generate insights and recommendations.
Lead category initiatives including relays and fixture innovation.
Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and timelines.
Influence decisions through data-driven storytelling across teams.
Continuously improve processes and capabilities.
