The role analyzes customer behavior, benchmarks competitors, and collaborates with merchandising to identify opportunities, refine taxonomy and search, and deliver data-driven insights through KPI reporting and ad hoc analysis.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1+ years of e-commerce or merchandising experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Basic technical aptitude with web-based tools.

Responsabilidades

• Analyzes customer data and behaviors to identify opportunities to enhance the research/buying experience.
• Evaluates data and benchmarks to improve taxonomy, purchase path, data content, search, and post-transaction results.
• Tracks content performance by category and customer type using KPI reporting.
• Supports continuous optimization and ad hoc reporting as required.
