Job summary

The Wonderful Company seeks a data-driven Manager, Category Development to translate category insights into actionable recommendations for our premium brands. You will partner with Sales and Marketing to inform selling stories, analyze performance across brands, channels, and accounts, and present findings to internal teams and customers.

Based in West Los Angeles with a hybrid schedule (in-office Mon-Wed, remote Thu-Fri), you will influence strategy and drive profitable growth across FIJI

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and ability to integrate multiple data sets to identify opportunities.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for sales and marketing teams.
• Experience presenting insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to highlight insights visually, e.g., in PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Use data to develop insights and recommendations for selling stories.
• Analyze category performance, brands, competition, and channels.
• Present actionable insights to sales managers and retail buyers.
• Partner with brand, trade, and sales teams across business units.
