Job summary

The Wonderful Company seeks a Director of Digital Marketing based in West Los Angeles, CA. Hybrid schedule with in-office Mon-Wed and remote Thu-Fri; lead full-funnel digital marketing across Wonderful Brands, FIJI Water and JUSTIN Wines.

You will ensure strong analytics, manage a team of digital marketers and data engineers, optimize retail media programs, collaborate with sales, and present strategies to cross-functional leaders.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with Amazon, DTC, Instacart, Walmart and other retail networks.
• Deep hands-on experience with programmatic ads and backend campaign optimization.
• Bachelor's in data science or marketing; MBA or MS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital marketing strategy and full-funnel execution across multiple brands.
• Mentor and develop a team of digital marketers and data engineers.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI with retail media partners.
• Present strategies and results to cross-functional stakeholders.
