Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking a Category Analyst II to own analytical work for the Kitchen & Bath category, turning data into actionable recommendations for product teams. This onsite role in Kohler, WI, supports demand forecasting, pricing, and inventory decisions.

You will partner with Product Management and cross-functional teams to develop scenarios, provide insights, and drive category performance. A Bachelor's degree and at least two years of analytical experience are required, with strong Excel

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required, with preference for category management, product management, or analytics.
At least two years in an analytical or business-facing role.
Proficiency in Excel and comfort with large data sets and reporting tools; familiarity with AI tools.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Curiosity, accountability, and initiative to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own recurring business processes and analytical responsibilities for assigned portions of the category.
Translate signals into actionable business recommendations for managers and directors.
Develop scenario analyses, options, and recommended actions.
Lead topics during demand planning, pricing, supply, and inventory reviews.
Monitor performance and drive cross-functional issue resolution.
