Job summary

Kohler Co. in Kohler, Wisconsin, is seeking a Sr. Strategic Intelligence Analyst to conduct research and analysis of markets, competitors, consumer trends, and external factors to support strategic planning and growth initiatives.

You will transform complex information into actionable recommendations, support M&A activities, and partner with leaders across Strategy, Finance, Marketing, and Product Development to inform decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in competitive intelligence, market intelligence, corporate strategy, M&A, or related field.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize complex information.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support competitive and market intelligence resources and monitoring tools.
• Develop executive-ready briefings, presentations, and decision-support materials.
• Partner with Strategy, Finance, Marketing, Product Development and leadership to translate findings into insights.
