Kohler Co. is seeking a Category Analyst II to own portions of category management and business execution onsite in Kohler, WI.

You will convert market, customer, financial, operational, and competitive data into actionable recommendations for product managers, directors, and category leaders. The role supports multiple product managers, builds decision-making capability, and advances readiness for future product management responsibilities within defined areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in category management, product management, demand planning, supply chain analytics, finance, or commercial analytics.
• At least two years of analytical or business-facing experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and comfortable with large data sets and reporting tools including AI tools.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Curiosity, accountability for outcomes, and initiative to solve problems across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring business processes and analytical responsibilities for assigned portions of the category.
• Translate signals into actionable business recommendations.
• Support Product Managers and Directors with scenario analysis and recommended actions.
• Lead topics during demand planning, pricing, supply, inventory, and category reviews.
• Make recommendations on forecast assumptions, inventory actions, promotions, and portfolio priorities.
• Track actions and drive cross-functional issue resolution.
• Turn POS, shipment, orders, and weeks-of-stock data into forecast summaries.
