Job summary

Kohler Co. in Kohler, WI is seeking a Senior Category Analyst to lead the analytical engine for a category, sub-category, customer group, or major business process within our Category Strategy organization.

This senior individual contributor role sits at the intersection of category performance, forecasting, supply management, pricing, customer insights, and business strategy. You will turn complex data, market conditions, and customer signals into recommendations that influence category

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (category management, product management, analytics, finance).
• 3+ years of analytical or business-facing experience with a track record of high performance.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools and AI tools.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
• Curiosity, initiative, business judgment, and accountability for outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing analysis and assess levers to improve margin and forecast accuracy.
• Own complex forecasts for assigned product lines and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Anticipate supply issues and collaborate with Supply Chain to resolve them.
• Improve reporting, processes, and analytical capabilities to strengthen category performance.
