Job summary

BIC World seeks a Category Analyst to support U.S. category development through data analysis, reporting, and execution tracking.

You will prepare materials for customer meetings, analyze promotions, pricing, and new item launches, and maintain key trackers and dashboards. In this hybrid role, you’ll work with syndicated data (NielsenIQ, Circana, Numerator), retailer POS, and internal sales data to deliver timely insights and action.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in CPG analytics or category management.
• Experience with syndicated data platforms and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare analytical materials for customer meetings.
• Support category development managers with ad hoc analysis requests.
• Build pre- and post-meeting performance recaps.
• Assist in developing customer presentations with supporting data.
