Salary Range: $66,625.00-$106,427.00*

Exercises independent discretion or judgment in handling all types of catastrophe property claims. Assists assigned field offices when not on deployment, handling day-to-day property claims.
Establish contact with policyholders, assess damages, determine liability and claim value, prepare estimates, and negotiate claims. Manage and supervise handling of property losses, document activities, and ensure compliance with legal standards. Support field offices and maintain company vehicles.

High school diploma or equivalent; five years of claims handling experience, including two years in property claims; strong technical knowledge of structural damage repair; preferred completion of AIC program; proficiency with estimating software; valid driver’s license; and residence within the assigned territory.
Involves lifting/moving up to 50 lbs, frequent driving, and other physical activities as detailed.
