Job summary

National General seeks a CAT Field Property Adjuster to investigate homeowner claims, determine coverage, and prepare accurate estimates. You will inspect residences damaged by perils, negotiate settlements, and work with customers to reach timely resolutions.

Remote work is possible when not deployed, with extensive travel during catastrophe response. This role requires strong knowledge of policy language, experience with repair estimates, and proficiency in using Xactimate and inspection

Qualifications

• Experience handling property claims from inspection to resolution.
• Ability to interpret insurance policies and apply coverages correctly.
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
