Job summary

American Modern Insurance Group in New Jersey seeks a Property Field Adjuster to own claims end-to-end, conduct on-site inspections, and develop estimates using Xactimate/Cotality. You will guide policyholders through the process with clear communication and collaborate with agents and internal teams for strong outcomes.

The role requires 1+ year of property claims experience, a valid driver's license, and field flexibility. CAT deployments across the U.S.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of property claims handling experience.
• Experience using estimation platforms (Xactimate, Cotality, Symbility, etc.).
• Ability to perform property inspections and damage assessments.

Responsibilities

• Own property claims from first notice of loss through resolution.
• Conduct on-site inspections to assess damage and coverage.
• Develop estimates using designated platforms.
• Guide policyholders through the claims process with clear communication.
• Partner with agents and internal teams to deliver strong outcomes.
• CAT duty deployment may occur across the United States for up to 4 weeks.
