You will coordinate account setups, vetting and activation for Lightning Source and IngramSpark, and monitor catalog integrity to improve quality and keep processes updated.

Qualifications

• College degree or directly related year for year experience.
• 2 years work experience in customer service, sales, retail, or publishing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure account and title quality following Content Integrity Guidelines.
• Vetting and activating Lightning Source and IngramSpark accounts and titles.
• Monitor catalog integrity; communicate trends and changes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Catalog Operations, and Client Support to maintain a globally relevant catalog.
• Use internal tools including AI for catalog analysis.
