Job summary

Ingram Content Group in LaVergne, TN, is seeking a Catalog Integrity Specialist to ensure new titles and accounts meet Content Integrity guidelines and best practices. You will coordinate setup, vetting, and activation for Lightning Source and IngramSpark accounts, monitor catalog integrity, and work with Sales, Legal, and Catalog Operations to keep the catalog globally relevant.

Qualifications

College degree or directly related year for year experience.
2 years work experience in customer service, sales, retail, or publishing.

Responsibilities

Ensure account quality via fraud mitigation and use of 3rd party tools.
Maintain Content Integrity Guidelines for Lightning Source/IngramSpark catalog.
Coordinate quick and accurate processing of accounts and titles with sales/clients.
Maintain account and title quarantine work benches.
Communicate with clients to validate information.
Evaluate new opportunities with catalog impact alongside sales/supervisor.
Maintain partner-specific reports for large content submissions.
Use internal AI tools for catalog analysis.
