The role leverages extensive knowledge of curricular policies, CourseLeaf CIM/CAT, and the Banner system to support partners and ensure accurate publication. This is a full-time, hybrid position requiring attention to detail and independent work.

Qualifications

  • Experience with customer service in a busy environment.
  • Ability to interpret policies and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.
  • Experience handling multiple priorities and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with academic catalogs or curriculum processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Monitors the curriculum approval process and processes inventory requests.
  • Runs data quality reports and performs data cleanup.
  • Assists with academic coding in Banner as assigned.
  • Communicates issues to academic units and the Assistant Registrar as needed.
  • Collaborates with the Degree Audit team on curricular updates.
  • Supports catalog review and publication timelines and related tasks.
  • Develops curriculum training materials and documentation.
  • Provides end-user training on proposals, formatting, and reporting resources.
  • Maintains test plans and documents testing outcomes.
