Parachute Health is seeking a Catalog Taxonomist to own taxonomy, information architecture, and catalog data modeling. You will govern catalog standards, work with Operations, Product, Design, and Engineering, and lead enhancements from requirements to delivery.

The role reports to the SVP of Merchandising Operations and offers growth as we expand into new categories. The groundwork is established, with room to decide next steps and influence R&D strategy for catalog capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience administering catalog or PIM systems and defining data-quality standards.
• Ability to turn ambiguous catalog problems into clear requirements and justify enhancements by business impact.
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills to set standards and govern catalog structure.

Responsabilités

• Own the standards and structure of the global product taxonomy, category hierarchy, and catalog data model.
• Maintain and evolve core catalog assets: style guide, glossary, and design review guides.
• Govern attributes, values, naming conventions, and data-quality standards across the catalog.
• Interview category managers and experts to understand ideal vs. current states.
• Lead design reviews and provide actionable feedback to stakeholders.
• Grow the merchandising team's catalog and taxonomy skills.
• Identify sourcing/provenance attributes and drive long-term governance direction.
• Shape catalog software capabilities with R&D and engineering teams end-to-end.
• Collaborate with clinical to launch new categories and use cases.
