Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 3–5 years of casualty claims experience.
• Active adjuster licensing in all applicable states.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and independent work within a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial general liability claims for medium severity nationwide.
• Identify coverage issues and coordinate with defense counsel.
• Develop strategy and mitigation of indemnity and expenses.
• Communicate developments to carriers, underwriters and management.
• Travel to mediations, trials and other proceedings as needed.
