Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Pathologists' Assistant program; ASCP BOC preferred.
• An approved equivalent combination of a 4 year degree in biological science and on-the-job training may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Proper specimen collection and submission.
• Perform macroscopic description and dissection of surgical specimens from simple to complex cases.
• Perform surgical pathology special procedures.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and maintain skill proficiency.
