Job summary

Twin Cities Spine Center is seeking a casual Clinic Assistant to join our busy specialty office in St. Paul. You will support physicians, assistants, and nurses, helping with patient care, processing orders, and patient flow.

Hours are casual (1–3 days/week, Tuesdays required) with rotations to remote NE Region clinics and travel to outreach sites as needed. We emphasize reliability, teamwork, and high-quality patient service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take vitals and patient measurements.
• Assist physician in patient rooms as needed.
• Accurate Electronic Medical Record entry.
• Navigate through computer generated imaging.
• Monitor the clinic schedule, facilitate clinic flow.
• Work with outside imaging facilities for timely transmission of images and reports.
• Discharge the patient with the appropriate information and documentation.
• Work closely with registration, radiology, and medical records staff throughout the clinic day.
• Travel to remote clinics as needed, including rotations at outreach clinics.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
