Responsibilities

• Support Director of Production, Casting Director, Production Manager, and Pre-Production Manager with administrative tasks.
• Assist in casting narrators (independent contractors) and scheduling.
• Coordinate casting approvals with publishers, networks, and acquisitions teams.
• Assist with narration invoicing and database entry.
• Provide creative and diplomatic problem-solving support as needed.
