Job summary

Qualifications

• Reading and following Technique Cards, Process Control procedures and SOPs.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations with high accuracy.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to work in a hot environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate vacuum and air casting furnaces safely and efficiently.
• Maintain process control parameters and records during melting and casting.
• Pour high quality castings using all available methods.
• Inspect shells and prepare molds for casting.
• Train and certify in casting methods per Job Progression Record (JPR).
• Document observations and logs accurately.
