Job summary

The Walt Disney Company’s Disney Store at Houston Premium Outlets is seeking a part-time Key Holder Cast Member to support the Store Leadership Team and deliver The Best Retail Experience in the World. You will coach Cast Members, maintain visual standards and policies, and drive guest engagement in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include leading on duty shifts, supporting team morale, and translating store priorities into actionable plans while presenting a professional Disney image.

Qualifications

• Must be available a minimum of three days during the week and weekend open availability.
• Must be able to submit verification of legal right to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead on Duty to coach and motivate Cast Members and uphold a culture of exceptional guest experiences.
• Support the Disney Store Mission by inspiring communication, integrity and passion for the Brand.
• Uphold store policies, visual standards and drive productivity and morale.
• Collaborate with Team to translate strategy into priorities, objectives and action plans.
• Understand and monitor metrics such as Mystery Shop Score, KPIs and controllable expenses.
