Job summary

Kiowa Casino is seeking a Training and Development Specialist to partner with leadership, design skills-based programs, and drive enterprise learning initiatives that boost employee performance year over year.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will manage the learning experience—from content delivery to certification tracking—while collaborating across departments to implement SMART goals and deliver measurable improvements in guest services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of full-time training experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of Federal, State, and Local employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Develops, coordinates, and conducts training programs to improve team member skills.
• Monitors and records training activity to assess effectiveness.
• Maintains and manages Learning Management System.
• Provide one-on-one remedial training when needed.
• Communicate training goals SMART to departments.
