Job summary

Table Mountain Casino Inc. is seeking a Training and Development Specialist to lead property-specific training programs under the direction of the Training and Development Manager.

You will maintain databases, generate reports on training effectiveness, and help design learning solutions to meet individualized and department needs. Responsibilities include coordinating class schedules, managing registrations, creating curricula and materials, and conducting follow-up to ensure knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field; 3 years training and development experience preferred.
• Experience with e-learning design using authoring tools such as Captivate, Articulate is a plus.
• Knowledge of federal, state and tribal gaming regulations related to TMCR operations preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills; ability to pass background checks and obtain gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs with training team, management and HR partners.
• Conduct a variety of training classes per TMCR policies (new employee orientation, customer service, HR policies, front-line soft skills).
• Establish training schedules; book facilities; prepare materials; distribute promotional materials.
• Manage registration and attendance records for training events.
• Maintain training manuals, course materials and records for regulatory compliance.
