Job summary

Osage Casino Tulsa is seeking a Corporate Trainer to develop and deliver training programs across the organization. You will assess needs, create curricula, and ensure alignment with business goals while supporting employee skill growth.

You will facilitate engaging sessions, manage online courses, and collaborate with HR and department leaders to measure program effectiveness and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Education Studies, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
• Minimum three years in a training environment; corporate gaming training preferred.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and obtain Osage Nation gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Analyze training needs across departments and design effective programs.
• Develop and deliver training materials, manuals, and online courses.
• Coordinate with HR and executives to align training with business goals.
