Job summary

Kiowa Casino seeks a Director of Security to lead security operations, oversee the EMT program, crisis management planning, and ensure compliance with tribal, state, and federal laws across all properties. You will develop training programs, manage budgets, hire and mentor staff, and collaborate with local law enforcement to protect Guests, Team Members, and assets.

The role requires strategic vision, strong communication, and the ability to work across departments in a fast-paced gaming

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a related field from an accredited university.
• 6 years security experience with at least 3 years as a Security Manager.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Driver's License and be insurable on Company's Policy.
• Working knowledge of the Gaming Industry and the laws and regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct all security activities across properties.
• Oversee the EMT program and crisis management planning.
• Ensure compliance with policies, tribal, federal, and state laws.
• Maintain relationships with local law enforcement.
• Hire, train, evaluate, discipline security staff.
• Manage annual budget and forecasting.
• Ensure safety policies and emergency procedures; evacuation plans.
