Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking an experienced casino supervisor to oversee casino gaming table operations aboard our ships. You will supervise dealers across games like Blackjack, Roulette, Caribbean Stud Poker, and Dice, ensuring compliance with gaming rules and guest service standards.

The role requires a minimum of three years of dealer experience, strong arithmetic skills, and the ability to lead an international team while controlling headcount and costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years dealer experience with Blackjack, American Roulette, Caribbean Stud Poker, Dice and other table games.
• Ability to perform mental arithmetic calculations quickly involving monetary units and calculating odds and percentages.
• Knowledge of HR processes and ability to supervise an international team of Dealers.
• Satisfactory completion of Gaming Board/Commission approved dealer school.
• Ability to satisfy guests in line with Celebrity Connections standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the activities of casino gaming tables (Blackjack, Roulette, Caribbean Stud, Dice) and related services.
