Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking an Assistant Casino Manager (Abroad) to work with the Casino Manager on international itineraries. You will lead daily casino operations, oversee guest relations, and ensure compliance with all gaming rules across ships.

The role requires proven casino supervision experience, strong leadership in multi‑cultural environments, and the ability to manage budgets, headcount, and promotional activities while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

One year as Senior Casino Supervisor with high performance ratings.
1-2 years progressive supervisory experience in casino, resorts, cruise lines.
Ability to make decisions based on rules and regulations.
Observe payout accuracy, dealer behavior, and related activities.
Completed Gaming Board/Commission approved dealer school.
Experience managing casino finances, cost reduction and revenue growth.
Ability to manage headcount to support vessel needs.
Understanding of customer service standards and satisfaction evaluation.
Knowledge of HR policies and practices.
Experience managing international staff and coaching.
Disciplinary action process through coaching or termination.
Computer literacy including Excel and Word.
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or business admin or related field; international equivalent preferred.
