Job summary

Commerce Casino is seeking a full‑time Casino Floor Attendant with knowledge of California Games / Casino Table Games. You will monitor table play, assist guests, and enforce policies while maintaining game integrity and a safe, friendly environment.

The role requires at least one year of casino operations experience, the ability to stand for long shifts, and strong communication with staff and guests. You’ll collaborate with multiple departments to ensure exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of casino gaming operations experience.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours per shift and lift 10 pounds.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and markets the Casino’s social events, promotions, and other Casino programs to new and existing customers.
• Increases the growth of gaming revenues through development of a targeted guest base.
• Effectively handles guest complaints and discrepancies in an efficient and courteous manner.
• Maintains extensive knowledge of casino and gaming commission policies, procedures, guidelines, decision‑making concepts, principles, and processes, and the ability to apply them properly and effectively.
• Keeps informed of competitive promotions.
• Coordinates Casino Chip Attendants and other team members to ensure customer service needs are met.
• Marries policy with practical game handling to ensure integrity and smooth operations.
• Must be able to work full‑time and/or overtime as required; with or without notice.
