Job summary

Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino in California seeks a table games dealer/supervisor to maintain game integrity and ensure top-tier customer service across Blackjack, Mini-Baccarat and other permitted games. You will enforce policies, monitor bankroll, handle player transactions, and support coaching of new team members.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in table games dealing or supervision.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one-year experience in table games dealing and/or supervision.

Responsibilities

• Interact effectively with the public and team members.
• Protect and control the game being dealt (Blackjack, Mini-Baccarat, or other table games).
• Conduct games per the company's policies and procedures and report irregularities.
• Advise Pit Manager or Floor Supervisor of player disputes as they arise.
• Inform personnel of important facts regarding players and their actions.
• Maintain a professional, friendly atmosphere and assist with customer needs.
• Enforce gaming regulations and internal controls across table games.
• Track players' buy-ins, length of play, win/loss and average bet.
• Assist in training and development of new team members.
• May serve as usher for events as needed.
