Job summary

A leading gaming resort in California is looking for a Table Games Floor Person to assist with the overall supervision of table games. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to resolve disputes. Candidates must have a high school diploma and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. The position requires being able to work a flexible schedule and stand for extended periods. Exposure to a loud environment and cigarette smoke should be expected.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to interact with management, co-workers, and guests professionally.
• Must be able to stand at a workstation for an extended period.

Responsibilities

• Enforces all table game policies and procedures.
• Acts as an intermediary arbiter for settling customer disputes.
• Communicates all necessary Title 31 documentation to the Pit Manager.
