Job summary

A hospitality-focused casino is seeking a Casino Supervisor to enhance guest experience and supervise staff on the gaming floor. The ideal candidate will have customer service and management skills, a bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field is preferred. Responsibilities include resolving guest complaints, maintaining records, and promoting positive relations. The position requires open availability and eligibility for a California gambling establishment employee permit. Salary is between $90,000.00 and $120,000.00 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in management, hospitality services, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
• Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
• Pass mandatory drug test, criminal background check, and credit check.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests are greeted and complaints resolved timely while on the gaming floor.
• Maintain accurate shift reports including overtime logs and time off.
• Supervise personnel and ensure efficient operation during assigned shifts.
• Monitor payouts to ensure accurate amounts are paid to customers.
• Promote positive customer and employee relations by walking the floor.
