Job summary

Seneca Gaming Corporation is seeking a Special Events Specialist to help create, manage, and execute casino-related events from planning through post-analysis. The role supports branding, event marketing strategies, and cross‑department coordination within Seneca Resorts & Casinos’ policies.

You will assist with scheduling, vendor relations, event profitability, and post-event reporting while ensuring high-quality guest experiences. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years’ experience in event planning, casino player events preferred.
• BS or BA in Marketing or Communications and/or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing strategic special events with property teams to increase brand awareness and revenue.
• Coordinate setup and execution of events, including promotions, tournaments, and giveaways.
• Maintain records of scheduling, tasks, attendance, and payroll for Special Events.
• Provide input for promotions and attend meetings; report on post-event analytics.
