Job summary

Seneca Gaming Corporation is seeking a Marketing Services Coordinator to support Marketing Services and Communications by handling Will Call, reservations, event logistics and LMS setup for groups. The role includes room block management and reviewing iHotelier/internet bookings for accuracy.

You will assist with processing player development, executive and board reservations and coordinate communications across staff while following Seneca Gaming Corporation policies and security protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
• Minimum of six months experience as a Marketing Services Representative and/or experience with ACSC, LMS, Q-Master phone system.
• Scheduling flexibility and dependability required.
• Excellent quantifiable customer service skills and dependability required.
• Ability to operate a personal computer with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist Marketing Services Shift Managers in day-to-day duties.
• Monitor online reservation bookings and Will Call preparation.
• Input Group Sales reservations and room block maintenance.
• Ensure effective communication of information to staff and superiors.
• Conduct training and orientation for new and existing Representatives.
• Assist with answering incoming calls in a professional, courteous manner.
