• Proficient in MS Office and event software.

Responsabilités

• Answer calls and greet guests professionally.
• Prepare wedding and banquet materials and packets.
• Update BEOs and event details in Amadeus.
• Coordinate pre-con meetings and group arrivals.
• Maintain catering files and produce weekly reports.
• Assist with all catering and sales events.
