Seneca Gaming Corporation is seeking an Event Representative in Niagara Falls, NY to assist patrons at entertainment events, guide seating, collect tickets, and help with lost items. You will ensure safety and provide friendly, professional service throughout events.

Qualifications include being 18 or older, a high school diploma or equivalent, and customer service experience. Expect a dynamic, fast-paced casino environment with flexible hours and compliance expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patrons in finding seats and guiding them to exits in emergencies.
• Collect, count and record tickets issued.
• Direct patrons to restrooms, concessions and telephones.
• Distribute programs to attendees.
• Check tickets or passes for authenticity.
• Provide door checks for patrons leaving temporarily.
• Greet patrons attending events with a friendly demeanor.
• Guide patrons to exits or provide safety instructions.
• Maintain order and ensure safety compliance.
• Assist patrons with special needs and accessibility.
• Deny admission to those without tickets or passes.
• Resolve seating disputes and address customer concerns.
• Maintain knowledge of Seneca Gaming Corporation policies and security guidelines.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professional conduct.
• Meet attendance guidelines and follow company policies.
• Complete required training within nine months of start date.
• Attend required meetings.
• Duties may change; hours follow a 24-hour schedule.
