Qualifications

• Must have gaming experience and knowledge of Washington gambling regulations.
• Supervisory experience in Food & Beverage preferred.
• Able to work varied hours and shifts.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, with employees and guests.
• Maintains neat, professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the efficient operation of all table games on a shift.
• Direct staff in accordance with corporate policies and objectives.
• Schedule dealers with GM approval.
• Ensure training and equitable treatment of all casino staff.
• Promote positive guest relations and create a fun atmosphere for guests.
• In GM's absence, be responsible for overall casino operations.
• Ensure compliance with Washington State Gaming Laws and internal controls.
