Casino Shift Manager.

The Casino Shift Manager is responsible for implementing and ensuring compliance with approved policies and procedures, while directing staff in accordance with corporate policies and objectives. Must be 21 years of age or older.

Pay Range: $28.00 - $32.00/Hour DOE

How You'll Succeed

In this role you will:

• Minimum 6 months experience preferred.
• Oversee the efficient operation of all table games on a particular shift.
• Ensure the training and equitable treatment of all casino staff.
• Promote positive guest relations.
• Create a fun atmosphere for all guests.
• In the absence of the Assistant General Manager, responsible for the overall casino operations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you need to have previous Gaming experience and knowledge that includes:
