Maverick Gaming LLC is seeking a Table Games Floor Supervisor in Nevada to oversee the operation of assigned gaming tables and supervise dealers during shifts. You will ensure compliance with casino policies and state regulations while maintaining a professional atmosphere and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include supervising table games, managing shift changes, and coordinating with staff to deliver smooth gaming operations.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising table games and dealers.
• Knowledge of State of Nevada gambling regulations and rules.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Card.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operation of assigned gaming tables.
• Directly supervise dealers and monitor opening/closing of games and shift changes.
• Ensure fills/credits handled per regulations and policies.
• Promote positive guest relations and resolve disputes.
• Maintain supplies and equipment at gaming tables.
• Provide assistance with customer concerns and disputes.
