Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in Food & Beverage preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work varied hours and shifts.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and guests.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of all table games on a shift.
• Schedule dealers with approval of the Assistant General Manager.
• Ensure training and equitable treatment of all casino staff.
• Promote positive guest relations and create a fun atmosphere.
• In the absence of the AGM, manage overall casino operations.
• Know Washington State Gaming Laws and internal controls.
